Refund Eligibility & Conditions
We aim to ensure complete satisfaction, but in rare cases where expectations are not met, our refund policy provides structured solutions based on the situation and supporting evidence.
1. No Delivery or Order Cancellation
If no tutor has been assigned to your order, you are eligible for a 100% refund. If a tutor has been assigned and you cancel early, a partial refund may apply depending on work progress.
2. Late Delivery Cases
If your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request a refund only if the delivered work has not been downloaded or used. Delays caused by late submission of materials are not eligible.
3. Work Not Meeting Requirements
We provide customized drafts based on your instructions. If the work does not meet your expectations, you can request revisions within the allowed timeframe before applying for a refund with valid proof.
4. Plagiarism Concerns
If you believe the delivered work contains plagiarism, you must submit a valid third-party plagiarism report within 72 hours. Verified claims are eligible for a full refund.
5. Duplicate Orders or Payments
If you accidentally place duplicate orders or make multiple payments for the same service, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of the transaction.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable in cases such as grade dissatisfaction, deadline changes after order placement, or editing and proofreading services that do not alter original content significantly.
7. Refund Request Process
All refund requests must be submitted through your account with proper evidence. Please allow up to 7 working days for review and an additional 7 days for processing approved refunds.
